Fees are clearly stated before you sign up for our services.Payments must be made on time to avoid service interruptions.We may update our fees, and we will notify you in advance of any changes.
4. Responsible Use
Do not use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.Do not provide false business or personal information.You must respect third-party policies and intellectual property rights when using our services.
5. Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.We employ encryption and fraud protection to ensure the security of transactions.
6. SMS Messaging
You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by texting “STOP” to the shortcode.Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status, and you will no longer receive SMS messages.To rejoin, sign up again, and we will resume sending SMS messages.
7. Limits of Liability
PMNTI PayTech is not responsible for losses due to system failures, third-party actions, or user errors.Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees you paid us in the last three months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.You may cancel your account at any time.
